DIY Flower Pot

Hi everyone..!!!
Today i want to share my latest diy..
Actually it is my husband idea, when i'm about to throw away the empty plastic bottle in our house.
He said that it can be transformed into a flower pot, since we're always runs out of it anyway...

So, here we are...
Start..

What we need :

1. Empty plastic bottle
2. Cutter or knife
3. Scissors

How to make :

1. Cut the bottle on your desire about the tall of your flower pot

2. Trim the edges if needed

3. Make some holes in the bottom of your bottle

4. First, place some small stone or gravel

5. Fill in with soil

6. Choose the plant that you want to put in it.
i choose this one which has the yellow flower.

7. Put in the plant into the flower pot. Put soil and press with your finger.

8. It's completed..!!! YAY

I'm pretty happy with the result...
It's easy, quick, and really useful..
For myself, i want to grow a vegetable garden..
I think it will be really awesome when i want to cook something and grab the ingredients right from my own garden..

re-vamp my sofa...

hi guys..

so, this story began when i was graduated and come back home..

i rearranged my room, and i decided to change my computer chair with a part of sofa that is in the living room for more cozy feel..

here's the look

the color really didn't match my room

and as you can see there some cracks too..

so i decided to make a fabric cover for it..

i want to make it more girly and light colored..

i already bought the fabric in light blue and pink color..

but i just made the blue ones..well.. for me, it takes forever to finished..

and.. after forever and ever.... here it is...

my first attempt on making a sofa cover..

nah.. you can see that i pretty messed up at the corner...

i make a ruffle at the bottom.. 

i think it will give more girly looks to this baby...

right now, i actually sit on it when writing this post...

i really excited when i'm finished this project...

i love it...!!!!

 though i know that this cover isn't perfect..

i make mistakes here and there...

hey, but i know my mistakes.. 

and i supposed to learn from my mistakes.. that is what mistakes for.. right..?

i'm sure that the pink ones will be much better...

maybe i will add an initial cross stitching, since i use aida fabric here...

or beading?? i'm not sure...

Papercraft - Wall E

okay, honestly my big baby and me already make this for years ago..

but i just post it now, because i lost the pictures....

my hard disk drive regulation is really really bad...

i actually feel lost in it...

there's soooo many duplication of data...

and my habits to make a strange folder name which is really not have any connection with what's inside those folders...

and here i decided to make..hmm..a craft creation??

i cross stitched the word happy, since i loooooveee cross stiching since i was in elementary..

and.. the anniversary word is embroided..

eh, to be honest.. this is my first embroidery ever.. so, i hope it turns out well..

Happy Mooncake Festival !!

hi everyone!!!!

today we're celebrating a moon festival !!!

it's quite a big celebration in China..

when we celebrate the full moon and high tide..

and...

suddenly tonight i just want to post something about it..

and then i decide to make a Chang E's look..

Chang E is the Chinesse moon goddess..

about the story of how she became the goddess, 

i can't tell you..

because there's so many version of this story..

and which one is the original ones, i really have no idea about it..

so.. that's my Change E version with my jade rabbit..

i just put gel eyeliner with red lipstick..

i know, that a lot of womans image in Chinese vintage art is usually/always wear flowers in their hair..

but i don't have any fake/real flowers.. 

so i just wear random ribbons and put it randomly..

Knitted Pouch

knitted pouch..

actually this is my first project that i did when i learned knitting, not Sugar bunny called nicky..

i just post it now, because it just done like 1 month ago..

i just lazy to sew the finishing part.. >,<

here's the look..

i add 3 buttons on it, and make a face look..(eyes and nose)

also add beads to lock up the pouch.. 

i think it looks cute enough, but i must admit that the finihing is pretty messy.. :(

but well.. just learn from the mistakes.. *cheer my self*

actually i have the step by step of making this, but it's in my camera..

and now the camera is broken..

Sugar bunny called Nicky

Amigurumi - Sugar Bunny

some months ago i took a knitting course..

this is my 2nd project that i made..

i got the pattern from http://knittedtoybox.blogspot.com/2009/05/sugar-bunny.html

when i saw it, i think it's really really cute..

it looks really different from the pattern that i used..

that's because i got a missunderstanding concept of st-st..

>.< my bad...

will make this again next time...

Circus Theme

before the graduation day, my uni had a judisium event..

and the theme that my department choose is circus carnival..

here's is the ticket...

as u can see, the dresscode is circus and a person at least use 3 circus accecories..

my big baby dress up as a magician,

 and i dress up as a ... i don't know...  a random performer or magician's assistant..?? ,and my bff, melly as a gypsy..

but i have no pictures the 3 of us, they're is in my big baby's cellphone..

my big baby accecories were made by us together..

no pictures of the wand and robe making..

my accesories are bought or i have it already..

only the gloves that made by me.. but no pictures of making them.. sorry.. >.<

the wand is just a stick that covered by black ribbon,

 then paste white ribbon at top and bottom of the stick..

for the robe, i burn the edges of the fabric, then fold the top about 3 or 4 cms, and sew..

that will made a hole, than insert a ribbon through it..

that's for the robe..
