La Tulipe Eyeshadow Base

hi everyone..
today i want to write a review an eyeshadow base
it is..La Tulipe Eyeshadow Base

this is my first eyeshadow base that i bought...
emmm...and use....

so, here's the picture...

it comes in a round white plastic jar...with the name of the brand at the clear top..

swatch...

like you can see from the picture above...
it's look like a clear gel..
it has no colour.. it just looks greasy..well..and feel kind of a little bit sticky...
 but.. it do make eye shadow color POP!!

i got this for IDR 26,000 or USD 2.6 and also get 10% discount

lucky me...
or i just a person who just shopping when there's a discount eh...
but that's good right..everyone loves discount.. =)

    oh wait.. there's one... since it's Indonesia local brand.. maybe you can't find it in another country...

note : i purchased this my own money..and my opinion is honestly based on my experience..
