Today i will share some of my haul that i did last month..

I did haul a little bit too much than usual...

Well, first...

Let's start with the clothes,

I just got 2 items, but i do like them A LOT..

It's a black long sleeve shrug.
I already want a shrug for a long time, and never find one that i like..
I always...ALWAYS find it in dark red or maroon color which is not what i want..
I want it in neutral or pastel color..
And look what i found at 50% off rack..
a BLACK shrug..
The actual price is IDR 117.000 or USD 8.36
But i got this for IDR 58.500 or USD 4.18

1. Nivea White Make Up Clear 2 in 1 Foam

I want this right after watch Katherin Laksmana's video.

I really want to try this product, because i SUPER LOVE Nivea milk cleanser..

Like i mention in my review here..

The actual price is IDR 30.750 or about USD 2.2

but i got 30% off, so it's only IDR 21.525 or USD 1.54

2. Emina Creme de la Creme Lipstick in 05 Charlotte's Red

I want to make a Christmas Look video..

And i think i need a red lipstick, and i don't have any..

I got this for IDR 29.700 or about USD 2.12

3. The Nudes by Maybelline

I already eyeing this for soooooooo looong in youtube...

I want it super badly after watching xteeener talk about this eyeshadow palette.

I am so want this that i don't even wait for the buy 2 get 1 free promo that is always held regularly at the department store..

*ahem* if you don't know that i'm a cheapskate..

My motto is To Shop When It Sale..

Which is absolutely against my Maybelline purchase here.

4. Maybelline Master Liner WH-1

 Well, someone is trying to line her waterline...

And a nude color eyeliner seems impossible to find here,

so i just had to accept the situation and try the white eyeliner instead..

I got this for IDR 38.000 or USD 2.71

5. Maybelline Color Show Eyeliner no 13 Metallic Purple

I really tempted to try color eyeliner for quite a while.

And i don't have any eyeliner in purple,

and i need some things to make my purchase above IDR 200.000 to get a free pouch..

I got this for IDR 33.000 or USD 2.36

6. The free pouch

The pouch to redeem that i didn't get any discount or wait for the department store promo..

There are 2 options at the display, but i like this one better..

Well, there's something special in this haul.

I included one kitchen utensil and some sauces..

Mirin

I already search for this some time ago and not found it..

In the end i bought 'something' sauce that has mirin in the ingredients list..

I need this to make ramen egg to upgrade my instant ramen to the next level..

Hoisin Sauce

I bought this because i want to try cook Peking duck..

Which is a FAILED..

*Sigh* You know when the process is SUPER SUPER LOONG and ended up failed..

At first i bought this because i couldn't find gochujang at a department store.

I try to replace the gochujang with this.

My friends took me out in a Korean bistro, they said that the samgyeopsal is awesome..

And it really is..!!

My big baby and me kind of tempted out to make this at home.

Well, it turns out good but not awesome like the bistro has.

Books and Coloring Pencil

I want an adult coloring book... i want...i want...

I actually had ordered online for Jetoy Coloring book, and ended up that the item is out of stock..

It is sold out everywhere..

I ended up go to Gramedia and search there...

Well, there's no Jetoy, but the Secret Garden looks beautiful...

Oh, and the Color of Art is my big baby's..

He wants to get one too..

And of course the coloring pencils... =)

Manekineko Real Estate

hi everyone..

today i will post about a comic that i recently bought, titled Manekineko Real Estate..

written by a Japanese comic writer named Sakana Sorano..

 

the actual price is IDR 17500 / USD 1.75
but there's a discount, and i got this for IDR 10500 / USD 1.05
and it has 200 pages of story..

one day, Matsuri, a woman who works at a property agent was duped by her client..

the client leave without pay the rent, and his guarantor also disappeared..

she found nothing, only an abandoned cat inside that room..

and she bring it back to her office..

evidently, her boss and coworkers loved that cat..

they give food, milk, etc..

they decided to name it Kurita, same name as the person who run away and left it.

and he is really attract customer...

*in Japan they believe that put a cat statue (manekineko) at work place can bring more fortune*

*i mean this cat statue... looks, picture of kurita in the front cover is doing the same pose as the cat statue below..*

and then the story tells about the dramas that happen at the office, Matsuri and kurita's life and experience..

but i can't tell more of the stories.. because it consist of some related and unrelated short stories..

but, if you like animals, i think you will like this comic..
and the story isn't just about cat..
they're also another animal in the story..
there's dog, bird, hamster..but yeah.. the cat portion is more intense..

Shibao by Tsubasa Nunoura

another series from Tsubasa Nunoura!!!!!!!!!

(author of Sentaro,which is the best comic ever!!!!!!)

i bought these at fair at my university some years ago..

it's not a brand new, it's already second-handed when i buy it...but in good condition..

what make me grab this comic is the author...

"Tsubasa Nunoura".. Sentaro's author..

i LOVE Sentaro SOOOOOO MUCH

and actually he/she is totally my favourite comic writer in this whole world...

so, here it is...

i had no 1 to 5.. i don't know how many books in this series...

i hope it just 5.. hehee...

because it's really difficult to find..

 this comics talk about a journey of a shiba puppy named Shibao..

about how he became homeless and how he's separated from his mother is not being told..

but Mr/Ms Tsubasa give us a little piece story of how they got separated...

Shibao meet a lot of people and animals in his journey..

his presence always give meanings to people / animals that associated with him..

he's a stray puppy that kind and well-trained..

there's some time that people invited he to stay..

but, Shibao is just stay a while and then continued his journey..

 he don't like to be a pet, but he mostly live by provision of human..

his journey ends when he found his mom..but nobody know i guess..

or it's being told in the next book?? 

i don't know..since i never found this comic series again from then until now..

today i want to share about my new favourite book series..

it is.. Artemis Fowl..

author : Eoin Colfer

let me be honest.. i bought this book because of it's cover..

actually the cover is BLING!!!..i mean look sparkle when shaken..which aren't visible in picture above..

that really took my attention...

so, i grab it and read the synopsis at the back cover..

after i read it..it just ensure me to really buy this book..

afetr i read it.. i found that i really LOVE the story..

luckily this is the first book of the series.. so, i can understand the story well..

the story is about a 12 years old boy billionaire named Artemis Fowl..

and..

he is totally a genius...

and...

he investigate about fairies..--> searching for their gold

Fowl's family is dabbling in the world of crime..

someday, Mr. Fowl Senior.. (Artemis father) is lost in cruise ship that blown by Russian mafia and make Fowl family lost their rate as billionaire..since it was a bussiness trip..

and Artemis's mother is stressed out since the missing of Mr. Fowl senior..

and Artemis is determined to return their wealth by getting fairy's gold..

but the fairies is clever, armed, and has magic..

so, it's not that easy to take their gold..

in this first book, Artemis dealing with Holly Short, the first female captain fairy's world..

she is really kind, smart, nice, loyal, and little bit of reckless..

here's Artemis must conquer fairies intelligence, magic, technology..

which is much more advanced than human technology.., troll, gnome..,etc..

so.. who wins this battle??

i give you the satisfaction by not telling the end of the story..

you can read it from the book...

this book is just the beginning of the adventure..

this book also contain really pretty illustrations related to the story..!!!

here's the synopsis :

 or they just lazy or not brave enough to go find where horizon is.
Except one dragon named Lung.

Later, he accompanied by a boy called Ben.
There's an enemy called Nesselbrand, a dragon hunter in form of a gold dragon.
Nesselbrand is purely evil, and chasing dragons is the only reason of his live and what he lives for.

In the middle of Lung's and friends journey, Kakiranting, a homunkulus and also Nesselbrand's spy.
Their journey is really filled with exciting, yet hard adventure.

my opinion :
OMG !!!!!!! i really love this book!!!
i felt really difficult to stop in the middle of story..
the adventure is really exciting, thrilling, and touch at the same time..
my favourite character is Kakiranting, he's really cute..and sweet..
if you like fantasy stories, *like me*, of course you will LOVE this book..!!
and btw, this books has no love story between men and woman, but of course there's love in other way.

Nobody's Boy

today i will post about a book that i just reread..

i reread it in order to make sure the story, because i want to do a blog post about it..

i really love books, that's why i put the word 'book' to my blog name..

the title is Nobody's Boy

written by Hector Malot

this book has 378 pages

the story is about a life of a child named Remi.

he was stolen and then being adopted by Mr and Mrs Barberin.

Mrs. Barberin is really love him like her own son, but Mr. Barberin isn't..

and at the middle of Barberin's money crisis--that Barberin's family isn't wealthy--, Mr. Barberin sold Remi to a street musicians, called Signor Vitalis. 

and 

with Segnor Vitalis, the adventure of Remi begins..

Remi got a lot of life lessons from the Signor and a father figure also..

in his journey, he meets goods people, also some bad people, 

having good friends, finding his own family, and don't forget that struggle to live..

i found that this book is pretty touching..

Remi's way to survive, he's really a good boy, even though in difficult situations..

awesome tv series and awesome novels..!!
